Leg day…but peep the socks! Focused on utilizing my glutes when when working my legs. Resently did an OSA - overhead squat assessment and I have tight quads  (amongst other tightness). Correcting the tightness by foam rolling my hips, calfs and quads. Doing this has greatly improved my form and allowed me to work my butt muscles.  And I’m feeling the difference! Huge shout out and congratulations to Shannon!  She is running and jumping and wasn’t able to do this before.  I’m so proud of her work ethic and will. She plans to run the Detroit Turkey trot this fall too! Her first 5k. :D
